As an athlete in my formative years I discovered many holistic approaches to health.  One of my first jobs was working in a health food store. I had already incorporated microgreens and organic fruits and vegetables into my daily diet. Then during my twenty years as an EMT, working on an ambulance I saw much illness and suffering.  This only strengthened my decision that I wanted to offer my knowledge and ability to others.
