OakNEgg offers a varied selection of farm fresh staples rooted in the heart of Placer County’s foothills. We specialize in pasture-raised eggs from chickens supplemented with organic feed, ensuring a rich flavor and superior nutrition.
Our seasonal offerings include small-batch local honey sourced directly from the Auburn area, vegetables, fruit, and California native plants. Complementing our farm is a full line of artisanal sourdough bread products that are crafted with our flagship proprietary sourdough starter. We offer Sourdough classes are at various locations throughout Placer County.
