ARUGULA AND PISTACHIO PESTO
PlacÂerÂGrown ingreÂdiÂents used: Arugula
IngreÂdiÂents:
- 2 cups tightly packed fresh arugula (from Edwards FamÂily Farm)
- 1/4 cup extra virÂgin Calolea olive oil
- 4 TableÂspoons FidÂdyÂment salted pistachios
- 2 local grown garÂlic cloves
- salt & pepÂper to taste
InstrucÂtions:
Place everyÂthing in a food procesÂsor and process to a creamy conÂsisÂtency. Use the same way you would basil pesto, on pasta, fish, bread, etc. Yields 1 cup.
