Hidden Falls Greens (HFG) is an indoor farm specializing in growing high-quality microgreens in soil. Microgreens are the small version of vegetables and plants after seedling phase and are harvested when they reach a height of 2 to 4 inches. At the peak of flavor and nutritional value. Greens include Cilantro, various Basils, Anise, Fennel, Radish, and a dozen other popular varieties. Growing indoors means we grow continuously all seasons, plus there are no pests so no pesticides are needed or used. Plants are watered with purified (reverse osmosis) water…the process is completely pure, natural.
HFG provides greens for numerous local fine dining restaurants, Delis, and is beginning to sell at local Farmer’s Markets. Our previous industry experience was supplying Bay Area fine dining restaurants on a commercial scale. Our mission here is to provide the finest microgreens at a reasonable price so everyone can enjoy them.
